At Jelena Botanicals Inc. (“Jelena Botanicals,” “we,” “us,” “our”), every order is prepared and shipped with care, intention, and strict attention to quality and hygiene standards.
SHIPPING
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During launches, restocks, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
We will, however, support you in resolving carrier-related issues where possible.
International Shipping (Including United States)
We ship to select international destinations, including the United States.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetic products, all items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, preference, or incorrect selection.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before purchase.
EXCEPTIONS
We will always review and support the following cases:

RETURN APPROVALS (IF APPLICABLE)
In rare cases where a return is approved, the following conditions apply:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund or store credit may be issued, depending on the situation.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
