At Jelena Botanicals Inc. (“Jelena Botanicals,” “we,” “us,” “our”), every order is prepared and shipped with care, intention, and attention to detail. Our goal is to ensure your products arrive safely and efficiently, while maintaining the integrity of every item we send.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During product launches, restocks, promotional periods, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these periods as each order is prepared with care.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier processing times, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship within Canada and to select international destinations, including the United States.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees as determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.
Jelena Botanicals Inc. is not responsible for:
